SerpNames is a marketplace for aged domain names. We hand-source domains from active or recently-closed businesses, verify their traffic and backlink profiles, and offer them for purchase. Every listing includes the domain, the original website files, and metadata (DR, age, daily traffic, backlinks).
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks. You must be at least 18 years old.
Domains are sold at the listed price. We accept:
All prices are in USD. Card payments may incur exchange fees imposed by your bank. USDT payments are exact-amount transfers and settle without conversion.
For domains without a transfer lock, we initiate the full registrar transfer within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive a transfer authorization code (or push the transfer to your registrar account, depending on TLD).
For domains under transfer lock (a temporary registry restriction), we point nameservers to your hosting within 24 hours so you can use the domain immediately. The full ownership transfer happens automatically when the lock expires (date specified on each listing).
Each purchase includes the original site files (HTML, CSS, images, content) as a downloadable archive, delivered via secure link in your order page within 24 hours of purchase.
Domain sales are final once the transfer process has begun. We don't issue refunds after the domain has been transferred, nameservers have been pointed, or USDT has settled. If a domain fails to transfer due to issues on our side, we'll either resolve the issue, offer a replacement of equal value, or refund in full — your choice.
We provide accurate snapshots of traffic, backlinks, and metrics at the time of sale. We don't guarantee that traffic levels, rankings, or backlinks will persist after transfer. SEO outcomes depend on how you use the domain, your content strategy, and Google's evolving algorithms.
You may not use domains purchased from us for illegal content, fraud, malware distribution, phishing, or any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the receiving registrar's terms.
Our maximum liability for any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific domain in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or SEO outcomes.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
